Officially join Phi Theta Kappa by completing this online application. Note: Applications are submitted online and the one-time $80 membership fee should be turned in only once.

This form is required if you are a new member who wishes to join, but you have not yet established a GPA (required: 3.5 GPA at least if you are out of high school) at SMC. You are required to only pay the $10 chapter membership fee now and the $70 remainder upon being eligible to join under our requirements.
