Hi SMC PTK members! I am Samantha Barrera, your PTK Webmaster. I am excited to work with all of you this year! I am currently studying Computer Science at SMC and plan to transfer to UCLA, USC, or LMU to continue my studies.

As someone who loves technology and design, I will be managing and updating our website to keep you updated on all the latest information so you never feel lost!

A little about me: I started swimming at 4 years old and used to be a competitive synchronized swimmer which taught me the importance of teamwork and discipline! Recently, I became a NASA NCAS Alumni and was accepted into the L’SPACE NPWEE Proposal Writing program. My biggest goal is to intern for NASA this summer!

I hope to maintain a user friendly website that reflects our chapter’s excellence and supports the success of all our members!
