Hey there Kappans! College Project has been advancing incredibly well with narrowing down the topics of our research and initiative to three:
- Improving student and professor outcomes in the classrooms
- Safety and security on campus
- Improving Counseling to Student Relations
Should you choose to join College Project there are now three teams created respective to the topics given above. All the work done through CP is voluntary and is an incredible initiative to take upon if you have ever had concerns that needed to be addressed at SMC.
The next meeting will focus upon reporting what has been researched within each individual team. Research is the heart of the CP and what will come from it will be able to develop workshops for other students to learn what actually is found within SMC, how to address the issue, and how to collaborate as students to resolve it.
