Receipt Deadline: May 3, 2016

Reminder:

 Purchases that only consist of beverages or are $5 and below will not count toward

event credit. You must turn your receipt to the Director of Fundraising by or before

May 3rd with your first name, last name, chapter number and email written

in PEN on the top of the receipt otherwise you will not be able to receive event credit.

bring that to IHOP
