Hey Kappans, Our last event till fall semester. Please come out and join! This is the 11th annual RockSTAR's Battle of the Bands at the Avalon Hollywood. RockSTAR kids get a chance to perform on stage and have a real rock star experience. This organization has been providing kids with from the kindergartners to high schoolers how to play guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, compose their own songs, and perform on stage. All the materials these children need to learn are provided by the organization.

They have invited us to help volunteer!

Each shift varies in activities: potenital duties: guarding the stage, help with check in/out, set up, break down and etc.

When: Sunday May 22

Where: Avalon Hollywood, address will be provided

Time:  see below

There are different shifts:

8:00 AM- 12:00PM

11:30 AM-3:30 PM

3:00 PM- 7:00 PM

This is a commitment just like a job and if we don't have the guaranteed numbers PTK looks bad and we want to create lasting relationships with these organizations. We are sorry to be making an announcement like this, but we must be very honest from the most recent events what we have seen.
