Hey Kappans, you wanted more service events and you got them! Lets start it off with the Airport ArtWalk in Santa Monica. If you're interested in art stay after your shift and explore the amazing pieces of art, participate in theater workshops and enjoy the live music and food trucks that will be there!
There are a few different shifts so if one time doesn't fit your schedule another will. Every position has a limit to how many volunteers can work that shift so its first come first serve.

When: Saturday March 12, 2016
Where: 3026 Santa Monica Art Studio, Santa Monica, CA 90405
What to wear: Neat, casual clothing with sneakers or comfortable shoes. Hat, coat and sun screen as needed.
Time Slots:
- Set Up 10:00am-12:00pm (CLOSED)
Set-up volunteers will set up pop-up tents, tables, chairs, and signage. Snacks and water will be provided. (4-6 volunteers needed)
- Information Booth Shift 1: (CLOSED)
- 11:30 AM Training; shift at 12:00 – 2:00 PM
Information Booth volunteers will greet visitors, hand out maps, and answer questions. If you’re comfortable interacting with the public and have good communication skills, please join us. Training, snacks and water will be provided. (4-6 volunteers needed)
Meet at: Santa Monica Airport : Information Booth in the parking lot of 3026 Airport Avenue ( west side of the building), Santa Monica CA 90405
*Note: You must attend the training session if you're volunteering for this position.
- Information Booth Shift 2: (CLOSED)
- 1:30 PM Training; shift at 2:00 – 5:00 PM
Information Booth volunteers will greet visitors, hand out maps, and answer questions. If you’re comfortable interacting with the public and have good communication skills, please join us. Training, snacks and water will be provided. (4-6 volunteers needed)
Meet at: Santa Monica Airport : Information Booth in the parking lot of 3026 Airport Avenue (West side of the building), Santa Monica CA 90405

- Break Down: (CLOSED)
- 5:00pm-6:00pm
Break-down volunteers will break down and collect these items and bring them to a central location. Snacks and water will be provided. (4-6 volunteers needed)
